The vet was very good to my pup. Very helpful.
We had a good experience bringing our daughter's new puppy there to get all the shots with the Vet, unfortunately the receptionist with the dark hair & glasses at the front was very rude & unfriendly. She made us feel like we were a real inconvenience to her and interrupting her. Wouldn't hurt for her to smile a little & make people feel welcomed. Not very professional. We will still return just hopefully she has a better attitude towards the clients.
If you're looking for an affordable vet clinic AND service that is outstanding... look no further!! I used to be a "go where the price is cheapest" kind of dog mom. That is until I walked into the doors of South East Vet Clinic for the first time. I was greeted with a smile, a warm welcome and the service is by far the BEST I've ever experienced. And honestly... so are the prices.From the staff at the front desk to the doctors behind the scenes, I would give them 5 stars every single time. They have worked with me on many occasions and do what's best for me and my four legged babies. They have gone above and beyond for us and they ACTUALLY CARE, follow up and help me understand everything that I need to know to provide my fur babies the best care possible.
It's unfortunate Im writing this review because the vet and staff here are wonderful. Unfortunately they are also misleading. I took my dog in today being Wednesday and they are open till 6pm. I show up at 4:50 and they proceed to tell me theres no vet to look at animals after 4:40. Ten minutes before they start charging after hour fees! And on my bill it says after hours exam 5pm-11pm! Yes I was there 10 min before this time yet they charged me an extra $40!!! It sickens me that they advertise their business operating hours open till 6pm on wednesdays yet they will charge you $40 just for showing up after 4:40!!!!. It takes away from the great service my dog received and unfortunately how I will respond to recommending this veterinary office.
Wonderful service and caring staff. Spoke to Kayla at the desk who was professional and very helpful. Great atmosphere when you walk in. We were referred to Dr. Olson, who my old German Shepard and I look forward to seeing again. Overall great experience.
