Really nice facility with great caring staff. Our dog was quite ill, and the Vet discussed our options as well as the associated pricing. It was very upfront. We chose to go ahead with surgery and understood the associated risks. Our dog came home after a few days and everything turned out well. She is quite healthy again. Case and point, there were no financial surprises, as we paid exactly what was quoted and we were quite happy about that.The front line staff were amazing with our dog, and to us, that is really important. Very happy with this facility, as we have been in the past.
Called to say I would be late; they still accommodated me. They're very good. Far less expensive than in the city (vaccinations, heartworm pills, came to $180 cheaper than in Winnipeg). It's worth the trip.
Great doctors reasonably priced. Saved both my dogs at different times with surgeries and they took my big guy when another vet he had been seeing turned us away for his emergency surgery because it was too close to a long weekend. Been a client for 10 years and it is worth drive to Steinbach from Winnipeg.
Friendly staff. Have brought my pets here for years and have been accustomed to getting great service. They treat me and my pet with kindness and compassion.
