I had hail damage to my roof. Grant Toews at Steinbach Roofing gave me the lowest bid, so I hired his company. The job was done in haste, and my newly replace eaves troughs were damaged in the process. The workers chopped a hole in my roof and stuck a vent into a cavity filled with fiberglass insulation. They never checked to determine that it was a vaulted ceiling with no air space. Since the job was completed years ago, the roof has leaked every fall and spring. I have called numerous times. Sometimes Grant came out and gave me weak excuses, saying "It takes time, but we'll fix it eventually". This has gone on for years. Last fall in desperation, I asked Grant for a pail of tar so I could patch the roof myself before the rain and snow came. I came home one day to find a mostly empty pail on my doorstep. There was maybe one scoop of tar left in the pail!!! Just a few days ago water came pouring in through the same area of you roof, and it was just barely drizzling!!! If you want grief and pain, call Steinbach Roofing. They are the cheapest, and you get what you pay for.I have now contacted Racka Roofing. They have the best reputation and they are honest.
Me and my wife originally thought that this job was well done. Unfortunately, going into winter weve been having issues with moisture getting into our attic because of loose shingling.I cant recommend them any longer.

Me: .....Steinbach Roofing: Thank you, have a merry christmas * CLICK*I though this was rude... and very unprofessional and If anyone ever asks me for a roofer I know exactly who to tell them to avoid. This may not be a review based on his business and me needing his services but not even willing to have a simple phone call and be professional speaks volumes about this business
