I recently switched from another local pharmacy to the Primary Care Pharmacy at the Family Medical Centre. My first contact was with Tammy who provided outstanding customer service and patience in getting all my meds and subscriptions sorted out. I am more than impressed with their friendliness, fantastic customer service, and professionalism. I highly recommend this pharmacy and thank them for the great service they provide.
The professional, brilliant, caring and genuine team of women at Primary Care have consistently been there for us and our whole family. We consider them one of our "Medical Resources". They go way beyond what one has come to expect from a pharmacy in every way.

I'm looking after the care of my elderly mother. Sometimes after hospital stays her meds change. There has to be a change in her blister packs. Tami and Tracy and staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate us. I can't thank them enough for answering our questions and concerns. They are always friendly and truly helpful. It's something we're losing at the big box stores. It's truly customer, caring service. I'm a customer for life!
