First time at Oasis medical clinic today. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I was there at 8:15 for when it opened at 9 and was second in line. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Doctor was great. I recommend Oasis medical for sure.
went there today for my son and daughter. it was a long wait like 2.5 hours but the secretary was amazing she kept her cool even know it was very busy. The doctor was very friendly and thurl would definitely go back again if i needed a walk in doctor.
This clinic is awesome. The ladies at the desk are amazing. Wait times are usually good. I love that they are open late and on weekends. The biggest fail of this clinic would have to be Dr. Tai Nguyen. He has no idea on how to treat you like a human. He doesn't listen to a word you say and just wants you in and out so he can get through as many patients as possible for a bigger payday. I suggest he take a course on how to deal with people as people and not just a number.
Was pushed out. He was done seeing me asked me to sign my phisical SO I did before I could sign he had next person at room and asked me to go in waiting room. I was not even full dressed yet.
Pros: they have evening/weekend hours which is convenient if you have a day job. The staff is quite friendly. It's located by the Walmart pharmacy, which is possibly the cheapest in Steinbach (also convenient hours).Cons: wait times can be long, and you can not put your name on the waitlist over the phone (this might be normal for walk-ins?). You have to physically come in and speak with a doctor if you want to see your test results (calling is useless). I've felt under cared for many times at this clinic, as though they just wanted me out the door; though each doctor will be different.
