Words can not summarize how much Stone Brook Strength, the coaches and the members have done for me. This place is unreal amazing!!! I have been there almost 1 year and never once have I entered or left the building without a personalized greeting or farewell. Everyone knows your name and they really care about you as a person. It really feels like the show Cheers....except everyone is drenched in sweat! lol I have not only reached my fitness goals, but surpassed them thanks to this crew! (It's also one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been too!!!)
I love how they encourage me personally each time I go and also how motivating it is to work out alongside others and cheer each other on!
Three months into their program...they are amazing...i am overweight but they have renewed my confidence in my body...showed me that i can get better and learn to do new things...very skilled and knowledgeable coaches
