The entire shopping experience was terrible. They pressured us into ordering furniture in a style we didnt want, then refused to give us an itemized invoicejust gave us a flat rate for the entire order so we had no written record of what we actually were quoted for each piece. Told us we were getting a deal, when it turns out we could have gotten the same sets at another store in Winnipeg for much cheaper. We tried to cancel part of our order when we discovered how much they were ripping us off, and they yelled at us on the phone! I am so upset that this company would take advantage of seniors who were just looking to be treated fairly and with respect. Absolutely appalling.
We bought all of our furnuture for our new home here. Jason, the salesman we worked with, was incredibly professional, honest and helpful. He gave us great advice and offered us the best deals, we price shopped everywhere. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. A loveseat was delivered and the delivery man noticed a small flaw. They immediately re-ordered us another piece which was delivered within the next few weeks at no charge, while leaving the flawed piece with us so we were not inconvenienced. We will come back here for all our future furniture business and ask for Jason!
